Argumento
Alissa and Eddie Torres met in New York City, fell in love, and married in a whirlwind romance. Eddie had come to the United States as an illegal alien from Columbia and gradually worked his way up from a series of jobs in the garment district to become a high-paid currency broker, eventually landing his dream job at Cantor Fitzgerald in the World Trade Center. His first day of work was September 10, 2001. The next day he died in the World Trade Center attacks. Pregnant with their first child, Alissa found herself cast into the role of "terrorist widow." Forced to deal with unimaginable challenges, she found herself tossed into a storm of bureaucracy, politics, patriotism, mourning, consolation, and motherhood.
