Plot
In the city tonight, someone hits a child. But someone else is watching. Outside the window, on the streets, there is a protector...an avenger...for the small and scared. He is The Retaliator. A boy himself, a child of violence, victimized by both the abusers and the system designed to protect him, The Retaliator is ready to carry out the mission he was created for...the punishment and death of those who would hurt the children. The avenging hand of The Retaliator is seeking out the damned, and the entire city of New York is paralyzed by fear and guilt. But his actions don't go unnoticed. The Retaliator's string of avenging murders catches the attention of veteran detective Oscar Levitz and crack journalist Jerry Schiller. When the paths of these three meet, it's a race against time for each.
