The Romitas' body of work is stunning. Both, Senior and Junior, are amongst the most iconic, praised and legendary pencillers of the Ninth Art (tho' JRSR is my one to be called "MASTER"™).This book is packed with breathtaking drawings, many are full page. There are also sketches and accompanying commentary talking from anything about their childhood, influences and characters (being my fave all related to John "Jazzy" Romita's Spidey along with JRJR's Daredevil). Remarkably, many sections detail their creation and drawing process, from getting a reference, to inking and then colouring. Alex Ross provides a noteworthy introduction plus a MARVELous cover art for this Limited Edition (which pays tribute to the couple).It does really value for money with 208 pages of top quality material (some unseen and hard-to-find). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to all artists and comic fans.
