De las primeras obras de DWJ, tiene sus tics habituales: amistad, traumas del pasado, acción, pérdida... Aporta crítica encubierta al racismo y al sistema de sanidad americano. Lectura fresca, amena y ligera. Recomendable. No inventa nada pero está bien ejecutado.
