Plot

Phillie, one of Mister Freeze's henchmen, tells the police department that he was captured by Batman and a new junior partner. James Gordon finds this difficult to believe, and when Batman tells him it's true, he has a sharp disagreement on the matter with his friend. However, when he sees how hard Batman tries to protect the boy when his life is threatened by Freeze, he changes his opinion and realises that Batman needs a family just as much as anyone else does.
