Plot
Sam & Twitch arrange a meeting with Mike Moran. Having been hung out to dry by the force, Sam & Twitch turn to Moran and offer an exchange of information: The two detectives will give Moran scoops on what's happening within the force, and Moran will supply them with the names of his informants. Meanwhile, John Damascus is in the middle of torturing his predecessor, Jason Wynn, who has lost his mind thanks to Spawn.
