What a great project!! Celebrating Mickey's 90th Anniversary, nearly 50 creators pay homage to the iconic Disney 🐭. Each in every European artist showcase its talent by getting the honoree in/out doors with a single-page story (artists' names are credited at the bottom, which is pretty cool). Many brilliant short tales; some silent, while others recall the good-old strips feeling... There are even arcade-inspired narratives, whereas illustrators deploy diverse techniques: Ligne Claire, B&W artworks, watercolour paintings, Underground designs... From Classy to Contemporary portraits, our mainstay's mood was well approached: you'll find adventures, friends and foes as expected. Munuera and Rodríguez (superb cover, BTW) contributed in a shiny way. Regarding this edition itself: a BD-sized HC book including pellucid prints on paper, with extras and beautifully designed by FG™. On the whole, such a prominent (plus amusing) anthology, compulsory for us Cartoony enthusiasts. #MakeMineMickey
