Jamás se ocurriría decir que el dibujo de Miura empeoró, pero en este tomo es ya incontestable que su estilo mutó. Basta con agarrar cualquiera de los primeros hasta el eclipse y contrastarlo, inmediatamente se ve una abundancia marcada del blanco que antes no existía. No solo eso, las lineas humanas son más sintéticas, mas claras, sin tanto sombreado. Por supuesto cada vez que hay monstruos en pagina sigue siendo un barroco visual. Esto tiene al menos un efecto positivo, la lectura es mucho más dinámica y llevadera. Se lee mucho mas rapido que los anteriores. Y eso que esta cargadísimo de diálogo, tal vez el mas abundante hasta ahora. Este tomo es un gran desarrollo, Miura expande lineas argumentales a lo ancho y a lo largo, a lo inmediato y a lo futuro. Tb vuelve a redefinir las metas, cosa que ya hizo al menos tres veces anteriormente, cosa que puede hacer parecer que este manga esta siempre recomenzando. Acá arranca definitivamente la era Guts & friends.
