Plot

Reprinting the first comics appearance of Darkwing Duck! He is the terror that flaps in the night - and he's working overtime to keep the city of St. Canard safe! But if there's one thing Darkwing Duck wants, it's to face off against a really big villain. Enter Taurus Bulba, an oversized criminal who's planning to steal the mysterious weapon called the Ramrod from a heavily armed train.
