The Nebulo Congress is finally underway. The citizens are filled with pride at its magnificence, excited by its grandeur, and exhilarated by its effect on the growing economy. Even those without naivete forget their possible fates after the conclusion of the Congress and indulge in the mudslinging that comes with sectionalism.
