NEW RIVALS, NEW RIDES Toppu Uno’s fallen thoroughly in love with racing, but there’s a new kid tearing it up at his local track: Yoshiya Takadai. Takadai hails from Osaka, and he’s here to teach Toppu how they race out west! Meanwhile, Myne’s moving up to the faster, more competitive 250cc class, and her competition can’t wait to meet her…
