Plot

Tans-Sabal dictator Farnoq Dahn has captured Havok and plans to use his powers in his new nuclear program; The Pantheon continues to battle X-Factor; Dahn's true methods are revealed when he launches missiles with both Havok and local citizens tied to them and it is up to the Hulk to come to the rescue; Even in failure, Dahn's position in his country seems to be secure until Rick shoots him down in cold blood.
