Plot
Wally West arrives in the 30th century and meets Don and Dawn Allen, Barry's grown-up children, and encourages them to confront anti-alien bigotry and act as heroes. Linda and John Fox continue to hunt for Chillblaine, who is working with Dr. Polaris and Abra Kadabra, and find him at an aquarium.
