Plot
The world is quickly dissolving into chaos. An organization of inhuman observers, The Committee, has begun to put a stop to th e savagery. But what is their purpose? To save the world? Or to satisfy their own voyeuristic lusts? Sex Warrior Isane is one of their agents; genetically re-engineered by The Committee to cleanse the "dirty" blood of the sexual deviants. Even he has his own lusts and sexual depravities to deal with, but in the end, it is up to him to save the world.
