Icy, aloof Kirara is the city’s newest superhero, but she’s mortified at her slow progress. Supposedly, she’s got more pent-up H-Energy than anyone on the squad! Why can’t she use her energy?! With the alien Kiseichuu attacking, she has no choice but to try to learn faster. In the hopes that a naughty encounter will boost her H-Energy, she sneaks into Retto’s room at night in her underwear, promising herself that it’s for the Earth’s sake, nothing more…
