La primera historia se trata de un cómic censurado un año atrás por el gobierno de Estados Unidos. Al existir referencias a la bomba atómica no quisieron que se publicara hasta que lanzaron las bombas de verdad sobre Hiroshima y Nagasaki. Luego la historia más allá de la portada no tiene tanto que ver con el tema. Cuenta con Luthor como villano, con una tecnología que derrite la ciudad y dicha bomba atómica que lanza sobre Superman.
