Plot
Super-heroics from publisher Sterling featuring Captain Flash, an early atomic-powered hero. Supervillain the Black Knight uses a combination of medieval weaponry and a miniature jet plane to lead his criminal gang on aerial heists and jousts. The master of disguise known as The Actor uses his ability to impersonate anyone to rob banks and elude Captain Flash and Ricky. Action girl Tomboy seeks the master criminal Sound Wave, who uses "simulated sounds" to carry out his crimes. First issue with the Comics Code seal on the cover.
