Plot
G. Gordon Godfrey continues to spread his propaganda against Super Heroes. President Reagan signs an order outlawing all Super Heroes. Blue Beetle must decide if he will follow the new law, or break it when Angela Revere's uncle, the Super Villain Chronos, begins his new plans.
