Plot

Teze is appointed head of a food agency by his father, entrusted to stand up to big business. He notices a sudden resurgence in testing for mad cow disease. So far, results have been negative, but the scale of the testing sets alarm bells ringing. Facing pressure from the farm lobby, Teze introduces more stringent testing. This time, results seem to point to a new, more virulent strain of mad cow disease. Is mankind's gluttony at the heart of the problem?
