Plot
A series of strange disappearances of prominent men in the city of Metropolis makes Clark Kent believe the kidnappings weren't under ordinary circumstances. When, as Superman, he tries to get information from local mobsters, they are suddenly destroyed by a ray out of the blue. He later discovers that Luthor built a giant city in the sky, and the arch for then hypnotizes Superman into doing his bidding.

💭Una serie de señores importantes de Metrópolis desaparecen sin explicación. Superman investiga el asunto, pero da la casualidad que el siguiente en ser secuestrado es Clark Kent. Le llevan a una ciudad flotante en la estratosfera donde el malo cuenta su plan. El malhechor no es otro que un viajero interplanetario que dice venir nada menos que de otro universo. Al final se quita la máscara y resulta ser Luthor. Con una extraña máquina de electricidad, somete a Superman a su voluntad y le obliga a hacer trastadas por la ciudad.
