Plot

Guest-starring Spider-Man and Captain America. To enjoy a fun day of rest and relaxation, Steve Rogers and Bernie Rosenthal attend a New York City street festival. Likewise, Peter Parker and a couple of his friends go to the festival to unwind for the afternoon. But when an army of rats attacks a festival goer at the midway, the fun is over! The web-slinger doesn't know who is behind the attack, but the star-spangled avenger recognizes the modus operandi of...Vermin!
