Argumento
After the fierce three-way battle between the mysterious Stinger, the SFD, and the Syndicate, Minoru has managed to capture Trancer, but peaceful days still seem far away. When Liquidizer approaches him with information on the mysterious Ruby Eye who attacks other Ruby Eyes in exchange for his prisoner, Minoru will have a terrible choice thrust upon him!
