Plot

La historia principal encuentra a Hellboy vagando por los Montes Apalaches, donde cobran vida horrores del folclore norteamericano como posesiones y brujería, maravillosamente ilustrada por el habitual colaborador Richard Corben. En otra historia, Hellboy y Abe Sapien se enfrentan al fantasma de Barbanegra, quien intenta reunirse con su calavera perdida. El último episodio relata las aventuras de Hellboy y un equipo de luchadores mexicanos, quienes luego de tener una visión de la Virgen María deciden abandonar el cuadrilátero y dedicarse a enfrentar monstruos.
