Plot

Jughead Jones is secretly a member of the Time Police, an organization from the future which has a sworn duty to keep time on its proper track. With Time Police Marshal January McAndrews (Archie Andrew's descendent from the future), Jughead goes on a lot of timely adventures! In this issue, how the North won the Battle of Pickens Park is a historical mystery and when Jughead goes back in time to try to solve that mystery, he ends up captured as an enemy spy in "Will the Real Colonel Pickens Please Stand Up," a book length story in four parts.
