Yamato Haruto and Aoi Chisato start dating at the end of their second year of high school.

Just one year before graduation.

They live in a small town in the mountains, a place where the snow falls every year – a place that students leave after graduating.

These two childhood friends decide to become lovers, knowing that they only have one year together. They are confident that they can figure things out after graduation. But time and space are vast obstacles to overcome. Their relationship eventually breaks, but –
