the box is really cute with attention to detail the outside has the portraits of all characters in a lenticular format that changes into their corresponding zodiacal animal when rotate it. the closure is a bit hard to work with. i would probably wont be carrying the box by the handle often because of its weight the closure might give away. Inside the box beside the books there is a set of lenticular cards of each character as well. there are 12 volumes inside the box. each vil is a different color and has a different character on both side covers. with gold- foiled details. also the spine of the books when put together spell Fruits Basket.
