Argumento
A superhero spoof featuring Matterbaby, a super-powered baby, as well as send-ups of contemporary pop-culture icons such as Barney the dinosaur and the X-Files. The Rotten Apple terrorizes the nation with exploding apples; Matterbaby must stop micro-armies from going to war in a drop of water; the sinister Tough Cookie sets out to build a shopping mall on the moon; Rocky Hardner goes on a rampage with his telepathic control of concrete.
