Argumento

Hergé is, without doubt, one of the most distinguished exponents of the art of the comic strip. Yet besides the frames and speech bubbles, the artist was also a phenomenal illustrator and first-rate graphic designer.

The Hergé Museum covers the entire range of the artist’s creativity, in progressive stages exhibited over eight rooms. This booklet displays a variety of plates, sketches, drawings and colour work, which express the myriad facets of Hergé’s artistic achievements.

The following selection is introduced by the architect Christian de Partzamparc, and scenographer Joost Awarte as they explain the Museum’s conception.
