Plot

Visit the Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, during the last years of the 1970s for a journey into murder and madness. At first glance Charlie and Frank may seem like average teen-age boys, but when the Johnson family arrives on base, events move toward an inevitable conclusion that will leave more than one life irreparably shattered.
