Join the Care Bears in their magical home, the incredible land of Care-A-Lot. In this issue, the Care Bears try to find out why hail storms and blizzards are occurring during the summer and ruining everybody's fun and happiness. What is going on? It's all part of an evil plot by Glump. So the Care Bears have to do something about that in "The Plot to Steal Summer."
