Itsuki and his friends want to believe they would never let confessions of love affect their relationships with one another. But beneath the surface, confessions change everything...Matters of the heart can alter the flow of a story, sweeping other characters up in the tide. Itsuki's anime project is also making waves, but rather than add a refreshing twist to his life, it threatens to swallow him whole. Meanwhile, on a distant shore, Puriketsu continues his search for the girl with the "ass of the millennium." Little does he know that a new development is about to flood his well of inspiration...!
