Another dark, interesting issue, the slow-play of revealing Sandman was very effective, what superhero comic makes you think the hero is the villain until issue 2-3?? Also man, DC put marvel to shame with their in-house ads. So cool. Conversely, I think if this series didn’t have these weird xeroed photo covers people would talk about it more.
