Argumento
After taking a serious beating from the dangerous diva called Midnight Blue, Accell gets a visit from an old friend, and a new ally begins to help him learn the full extent of speed powers.
Meanwhile, a power struggle for the crime business in Accell's town is happening, and his girlfriend's father is the mastermind of it all.
