Argumento
Spawn's old nemesis, Billy Kincaid, is back as an undead spirit who possesses people and causes them to do very violent things; Billy taunts Spawn with the fact that he plans on destroying all of the people our hero holds dear; The campaign starts with the possession of a man on the subway who threatens the life of Twitch's wife, Helen, until Spawn intervenes.
