Argumento

Clean-cut, crew-cut Scot Jackson faces off against Beatnik-bearded bad guy Shifty Gears in the Rod Masters race. Pete tries to redeem himself as a driver after accidentally causing the fire that ended his brother's racing career. Rick is hired as the first-choice driver for a race team, leading to animosity from Ramon, who got second place.
