Argumento

After rescuing a young woman from two operatives of the High Evolutionary, the Spectacular Spider-Man suddenly finds himself face-to-face with the clone of Gwen Stacy. Peter Parker had not seen her since Amazing Spiderman 149, and now his long-buried memories and feelings are resurfacing. How will Peter handle the return of Gwen? And perhaps more importantly, how will his wife, Mary Jane? Meanwhile, the High Evolutionary is still trying to capture Gwen in order to study her genetic composition. Can the High Evolutionary discover the truth behind the Gwen Stacy clone? The Young Gods will try to help. The Evolutionary War storyline concludes in Avengers Annual 17.
